Why do you not want to update to 8.1? It's meant to be a little better.

Hi All
Jaws 15 and Windows 8.
Every month or so a window opens up saying UPDATE WINDOWS 8.1 FOR FREE. It
only gives options for REMIND ME LATER or DOWNLOAD NOW. It does not give an
option for DO NOT ASK ME AGAIN and this window does interfere with my
screenrader when I am in the middle of an application.
How do I close this window permanently.
