Hi Jim,

Jaws 11 doesn't work very well with the 2011 version of windows live mail,
but
works better with the 2009 version, which can be downloaded from:
http://explore.live.com/windows-live-essentials-xp
- note that you have to set the language combo box before the download link
appears. This version does work with windows 7, however,
windows update will probably give you an update for the 2011 version which
you'll have ignore/hide to stop it.

Using the default settings, jaws doesn't read whether a message is unread or

whether it has an attachment. However this can be fixed on the layout dialog
on
the view menu. Set the reading pane (preview pane) to be either not shown,
or to
be shown at the bottom of the message list.

David.

Hello Folks,

Does anyone use live mail as an e mail client, if so does it perform well
with Jaws 11?

Thanks for any thoughts on the subject.

 Best Regards, Jim.
