Sorry, but can be of no useful help here as I am not a member of weight
watchers and so can't access those parts of the site. What I would say is
that it does not surprise me as it is clear from the front page that thought
has not been given when it comes round to accessibility.
I can only wish you luck with your complaint.
If you contact me off list I can log on as you and take a quick look at the
site if it helps, but for various reasons I can't see myself becoming a
member of Weight Watchers even though I could do with losing weight.
I don't know if alternative groups such as Slimming World have websites, but
I did once join a slimmers' world group local to me and found their approach
verging on the activities of a religious cult but that's drifting seriously
off topic!!!!!!

I am glad that you can use the WW site and hope you can help further. i
have found it
far more complicated than just unlabeled buttons, which I could cope with
fairly easily.
Could you give me more details as to how you fill out your personal
profile and use
tha points calculator? If I could do these things to start with, I'd be
over the moon. I
can't read any of the buttons, using any JAWS mode and even if I click on
them randomly in
turn, I can't get anywhere, nor even off the page. I can't enter text in
any of the text
areas on the points calculator or basically don't seem to be able to do
anything.
This is only on the part of the website for paid members, of course, not
on the initial
website before paying, which gives no indication of the horrors inside the
paid part. I
have no problems with the website before you get the tools that you pay for.
I would be so grateful if you could help me out with this as I must be
missing something.
