Susan,
I don't know the reason, but a workaround might be that, once you have
the page loaded, press CTRL+N (for new) and it will load that current
page (so you will have two copies) into a separate window. You may find
the second one works.

I have just had a look at the site and I have no problems reading the
page
with JAWS. I am using JAWS 5.10, internet explorer 6 and windows XP
