i checked in synth and voice menus, all i have listed is the factory default
voices, i tried my jaws 14 professional vocalizer , and i got the same
results , i am sure a dialog box should appear after installing the
software, saying would you like to restart your computer now, i do not get
this box. thanks for your help frank

Frank,
Were you expecting the voices to change automatically, if you have been
using Eloquence, you will need to go into the utility menu and change synth
from Eloquence to SAPI 5, then you will have access to the new voices.
