Hi Rashmi, have just got the new virgin Email and it's pretty hopeless as
far as I can see to use the website.
Jaws 17, windows 7, I E 11.
May be somebody else is making a better fist of it. If so, I hope they tell
us what they are doing.

I am using windows 8, jaws 16 and already have windows live maill but
wanting to have access to the web mail when away using someone elese
computer.
The problem I have is that, not knowing how to get to the folders, opening,
reading, and acting for deliting or sending to the spam folder.
I hope the explanation will give some idea of my problem and will able to
help.

I see your getting no answer on this yet. Part of this is that virgin is
rolling out this update gradually so I don't have it yet.
What problems are you having and what screen reader and windows version do
you have?
You might be able to use an email programme like outlook rather than the web
site itself if there is no other solution.
