[jaws-uk] urgently need help with AVG

hi all,

Have jus had a frustraibghing time trying to install the latest version of
AVG but have had problems as it seems I haven't installed it correctly or
not at all.

also I found the last part of the installation screen almost inaccessible
and now don't have AVG on my PC at all.

If someone can help then please contact the list as I desperately wish to
get my AVG back so as not to pick up any viruses.

I got as far as restarting the computer but I was unable to focus on the OK
button except for routing JAWS to Pc~ and you can't enter on the Ok button
via thatprocess.  So, I had to switch off and on again and I htink that's
why I have the problem I have.

When I switched on and after the opening jingle and JAWS starting to talk, I
got what I think was the AVG test centre message but I was unable to enter
on the links and also I don't know what lik or heading I was meant to click
onto.


Any help would be greatly appreciated.
