It's Jane here again, I have Jaws 4.5.1 that was my last upgrade on the SMA I
was thinking of going over to another screen reader but not sure of this I am
thinking of Hal 6 as I have tried it out on my home pc and I really liked it
but not sure at the moment.

Hi Jane,
As someone has already said, a new computer will come with XP, but make sure
it's XP Home, or you will end up paying more all round if you end up with XP
Professional.
As for upgrading JAWS, that depends on what version of JAWS you have now, but
the latest JAWS is now 6.

Hello List,
I am now thinking of buying a new computer system and I was wondering how
much I would have to pay out for a new operating system I use Win 98 at
pressent and I am now noticing it is past it's best I just want to know what it
will cost to upgrade Jaws5 withxp ? If anyone knows then perhaps they could
reply with an actual amount not I think it is I need to know the exact amount
so to be able to budget for this.
