Hi Frank,

I'm certainly noticing some very erratic behaviour in Outlook 2003. There
are 2 main issues:

1. When I open a message and quickly use my up arrow key to clip the header
information from being spoken, it often stops Jaws speaking altogether. I
then have to exit the message and open it again but leaving Jaws a bit more
time to start speaking before using my arrow keys.

2. The big problem that I've noticed is that it appears to not properly
clear its memory of one message when you move onto the next message. Again
this is not consistent and only happens from time to time but it is really
irritating as you think you have opened an identical message when in fact it
is still reading the message you were in previously - most odd!

Regards,

Jamie
