Kevin, you can do a crude restore, which might well be good enough if your problems have only just started. Go to start menu, all programs, accessories, then in the system tools submenu you'll find system restore. Keep pushing the next buttons until you get to a dialogue box with dates in it and a couple of unlabelled buttons. Ignore these and keep tabbing to the Next button. This will normally restore things to the last time you installed something new. If that's not good enough and you want a specific date to restore to, then it may be possible using the Jaws cursor at this point.
