Hi Paul.

Perhaps they are using html rather than plain text. Alt V then arrow down and see if Message in HTML is checked.

If it is they will need to change this to Plain Text

Alt T for Tools.
O for Options.
Control Tab to Sent MesSend.
Tab down until you get to HTML Settings and make sure this Radio Button is not checked and the Plain Text button below is checked.

Hope this helps.
Andy

Subject: [jaws-uk] strange behaviour in Outlook express

Hello,

I was visiting a client yesterday running jaws version 8 and they were
experiencing strange behaviour in OE. When creating a new message they
could enter all the fields ok, but could not read what they had written
using the navigation keys. I did however read the email by using the Jaws
mode. The strange thing is, that when an email came in it read fine. Can
anyone help?

Kind regards

Paul Nugent
