Is this a Jaws with Office 2003 problem or is it a jfw 6 problem? What I mean is, do these problems occur with jfw5 and Word 2003? There are various things that do not happen in word 2003 with jaws 6.1. The autocorrect option causes all sorts of problems when reading or proof reading documents that yu have typed, especially in the Proof reading attributes scheme. Try looking at the bullets and numbreing option, I find that jaws does not announce the type of numbering that you require, for example in outline numbering it will not tell you, 1), a) (i) or A.B. C. it just announces " custom label and a number". Be interested if this happens on your system. I have noticed a few messages about problems with Microsoft Word but not looked at them. I have recently installed JAWS 6.10 on my system and also installed Office 2003. When I am in the spell checker the misspelled word and alternatives are not being read automatically. This does not happen with earlier versions of JAWS. Has anyone else had this problem?
