Subject: [jaws-uk] speech access to the internet

Hi, sorry if this is off topic. There used to be a free speech programme
that gave access to the internet called something like PCWEB I think. Does
anyone
have any expereinces/suggestions of freeware that can allow blind people to
access the internet?
