The user name it is asking when you launch Firefox is for webvisum. When you
registered on their site did you give a username and a password to be set? If
yes, that is the same credentials you should use to sign in. The email you get
from webvisum as much as I recall is just to activate your account with them.
Please let me know if you have installed the add on for webvisum correctly in
order for me to support you better.

hello
i have a problem with firefox and know not what to do about it
the problem is this.
earlier today i managed to use firefox and go to my home page
but since then i encounter this problem
when i go to my desktop and press m for the firefox browser it asks me to
log in with user name and password
i never noted these because i never thought i had to as it is just a browser
can someone tell me how i can retreive my user name and password because i
can see no contact us for sending email requests
i also received an invitation code for capture
the link failed to launch and i can't type it in manually because when i go
to webvisum.com i am asked to log on
but as mentioned above this i can not do
how can i get around the problem
also are there any firefox mailing lists i can join
