if you mean you are using a website to send an email e.g. gmail, hotmail,
yahoo etc then there is no reason why that keystroke would work. Which web
mail are you trying to use?

Cheers

Subject: [jaws-uk] sending and E-mail via a website

Hi all,

Recently I have sent several E-mails via websites but I don't believe that
they have been received.

I used to be able to press control enter but this doesn't work anymore.

Now I press control and S and I am taken back to the page I was on.

I still don't think that the E-mails are being received.

is there anyway I can check this and also is control S the right key to
press after composing an E-mail?

Paul.
