[jaws-uk] saving word documents with MS word 2007 and later

Hi all,
I have a number of word attachments which I wish to save but as they have
been sent in word 2007 or later, I can't seem to do it, as I get the ribbbon
settings up.
Whilst I can find the bit where you tet the opsions to save the document, I
don't know how to proceed from there so would appreciate any help with this
please.
I currently used JAWS 12 with windows xP and word 2007.
