ON the assumption you have XP and deleted the file from an Explorer list
using the delete key, do the following: =20
1 Press Windows d to go to the Desktop
2. Press the letter r until you hear 'Recycle Bin' and press enter on it
3. Arrow down the file list until you find your file (if you can
remember the 1st letter of the filename, you can press this repeatedly
until you find the file you want).
4. With your cursor at the file you want, press alt f to open the file
menu and arrow down until you hear 'Restore' and press enter. This
should put the deleted file back in the folder from where it was
originally deleted.
