Mandy and others on the subject of repairing JAWS:

The best way to repair JAWS these days is to download the latest build of JAWS
version that you are authorised. For example if you know you are a JAWS 13
user and you need to repair it the best thing to do is download the most
current build of JAWS. This serves two purposes:
1 It will repair the JAWS.
2 It will update if your build is earlier and fix various small issues
that the update addresses.

You can update current versions of JAWS by going to this page:

...and for previous versions of JAWS visit here:

Subject: [jaws-uk] repair

Hi all, I was downloading the latest updates this morning, I think it's
13.718 I think, and it offered me basic training and the download and also
open book but I don't have open book so ticked the other 2. When it was
downloaded, it said that I must re[pair my current basic training, where do
I find the repair in Jaws other than on the CD, or is that the only way to
repair?

Mandy
