[jaws-uk] realplayerquery

HI all,
I have a friend who has realplayer on his PC but for some reason when he
tries to play it, doesn't work although I think the player launches but
there is just no sound.
He is currently using JAWS 7 and windows XP.
Sorry to be vague but can anyone shed any light on this one please.
Sorry, don't know which version ov Realplayer he is currently using.
