That's Ok but do I have to uninstall realplayer first and also will real
alternative work with all BBC sites?

Paul.

: Hi Paul
: I suggest you try Real Alternative instead of Real Player. It is set up
: more easily than Real Player.
:
: It can be downloaded from
:
:
: Hope it helps.

:
:
: Hi all,
:
: I regularly listen to various BBC programmes and other sites which require
: realplayer.
:
: Recently I have noticed that when I launch realplayer, an extra box comes
up
: which is a realplayer update and invites you to do just that.
:
: Well, I have tried but I can't seem to update realplayer and just wondered
: if anyone else could tell me how I might do this.
:
: Also I think this extra box has been causing problems when using
realplayer
: such as JAWS being silenced or even JAWS crashing and losing all sound and
: so having to switch back on again.
:
: Using Windows ME and JAWS version 5.
:
: Hope you can help.
:
: Regards
:
: Paul.
