Hi Christopher,
In Word, go to the Tools menu, and Select Options.=20
Navigate to the General Tab, where near the start is a
checkbox, "Allow starting in Reading Layout". Make sure it
is unchecked.

Good Afternoon All,
I wonder if any of you could help me please.
When I am in word, and I have checked the normal in the view
menu, and then go out and back in again later, I find that
it has returned to print view, and this also happens when I
remove the check box from ruler it appears again when I go
in to word later.
If any one could help me I would be most grateful.
