[jaws-uk] problem with jaws 12

hi all
i have just upgraded to jaws 12 latest build i use windows7 ultimate
but when i start jaws 12 i get an error failed to create empty
document i have tried to reinstall jaws but no use of it the error
still comes please help me to solve it
