Greetings,

Paul, I am using Jaws V10 on one machine and V11 on the other, WindowsXP
Home, I.E v8 and fully updated flash on both.

I have no problems with any BBC service due to flash.

Use the site Peter Halam sent you whenever you receive the update flash
message, you shouldn't go wrong.

There is a much easier solution though, use the Ninit site to set up
installation facilities for all kinds of software, including flash, this
will then check for and install updates without you needing to take any
further action, if you set it up in this way.

the site is:

http://www.ninit.com

and entering the above, gives me the following text.
