Hello

Thanks for your help I appreciate it. The problem is that, when I open an
attachment with a pdf file, it opens the accrobat program but I could not
read the contents of the file. I will try this advice, I believe it will
help. I think there is accrobat 5 on my computer. I am using windows xp
home.

Nadia,

I give you some material that I've aboout Acrobat 6 that is good for other
versions too, I think.

If you are xp pro/home user try to download adobe reader 7 that is the
latest version.

You have to use control page up and control page down to go from one

page to the prior page or the next page. Or you can set it to deliver more

than one page at a time.

  1. Press CTRL-K

  2. Type an 'A' for Accessibility

  3. Press ALT-D to uncheck the checkbox labeled, "Deliver data in pages

when document exceeds"

Content Delivery

If you find that PDF documents load too slowly, you can adjust the content

delivery size of the document to load one page at a time, rather than

loading the entire document all at once. To adjust your content delivery,

open the Preferences dialog using CTRL+K, and then select the Reader page.

On the Reader page, go to Content Delivery. Here you can set the minimum

document size for loading a page at a time.

Press CTRL+K to open the Preferences dialog. When the dialog opens, you are

placed

in a list box containing several different selections.

Press I to move to the Internet page. If you are using Acrobat/Reader 5,

press O instead to move to Options.

Press ALT+D to move to and clear the Display PDF in Browser check box.

Press ENTER to accept the change and close the dialog

That way when you enter on a link for a PDF it will give you a

download dialog and you can save the PDF to your hard drive.
