Thanks Marie and Chris. Yes the window is maximised. The view menu doesn't
show the options to change the view and I still can't get to the tool menu to
change anything. I will have a think and try again tomorrow.

Stating the obvious here, but, sometimes, one forgets the most elementary
thing, well, I do anyway, is your window maximized?

Hello All. When I try to go to the view menu to change the options it isn't
there. The file menu and the edit menu are there but no view or tools menu.
So I Can't go into tools to check the account or options.
Is there anyone out there who can help please?
