[jaws-uk] only reading highlighted letters

Hi all:
On a couple of occasions since setting up a new PC with XP Pro and V9 of
JFW, from time to time I am read only the Highlighted shortcut letters for
the menus - anyone ideas why and how to stop it happening without re-booting
my machine?
