Thanks very much, Peter and John. Got it sorted now and won't have to listen to chatter about mice! Best wishes, Joan. ----- Original Message ----- From: Peter Hallam To: jaws-uk@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Sunday, December 05, 2010 10:02 PM Subject: [jaws-uk] Re: on mouse over Hi Joan, I have always felt that the merge utility didn't do a good job of importing internal settings and your message proves the point, I don't use that facility anymore. You need to open settings center, then open web/html/pdfs, then miscellaneous and locate "indicate element attribute" and uncheck it, then press ok to accept the change. I've prowled through the settings and can't find how to stop it. I did have it turned off on Jaws 11 but it doesn't seem to have worked with version 12 even though I merged settings. Can someone help please?
