  NtBackup is a very sophisticated backup systems which allows you to backup 
all manner if things, including for example, the Registry.  It can be set up in 
such a way that it provides a "scheduled backup" of specific files and folders 
at a particular time of day, and onto specifically selected hardware, or even a 
remote backup system.

  On the other hand, the "Files and Settings" wizard is designed to transfer 
certain data from an old PC to a new PC - It can't be used to backup the 
Registry, or critical system files.
