Hello Dorothy,

I too sometimes get the message "a network cable is unplugged" on my laptop.

I think it is because I have the Desktop wired in and the laptop is wireless.

No problem however.

Regards,

Shirley.

I am not sure why the laptop started immediately saying A network cable is unplugged right after the Scottish patrol download, but because the laptop goes via the Wireless it has an empty Port for use if it were being used wired in. It must be just coincidence the System tray started mentioning it again, so now there is even more in the system tray than before I think I will be careful about removing anything. I do have c cleaner and Disk clean up and that does nothing for the system tray.
