There are several sites from which you can buy music at a reduced price, and 
most of them are accessible with JAWS, some people question the legality of 
such sites but in my opinion they are like the online equivalent of a market 
stall or car boot sale.  Here is a page where you can read about them and 
make your choice, it is a little out of date but most of the sites mentioned 
still exist.
