insert h is useful. this gives JAWS hotkey help.
Jaws with F1 gives you other helpfull information about the part of the program
you are using. This help has to be written as part of the jaws scripts but
these 2 kinds of context sensitive help are written into the scripts for
Windows Messenger and Windows Messenger Live that are provided with JAWS.

Windows live messenger is an application that will let you chat with someone in
'real time', so to speak. You can write back and forth with someone instantly
when you both are online and have added each other into the contacts list. You
can also have voice chat using this messenger, via headset.
