  Dear
  Yvonne and List:

Sounds like your Units Of Measure in MS Word is set to centimeters. If you
want you can change it to inches, points or row and column. A point is 1/72 of
an inch and is the unit of measure used by printers. If you go into the JAWS
Configuration Manager while in MS Word, that is, the JAWS Key plus F2 I believe
there is a setting somewhere to ignore indents which will probably silence JAWS
when you have indented text or [press the Tab key inn Word.

  Good luck!

  Brian
