[jaws-uk] more on spam email problems

HI all,

Thanks  for the various suggestions, either through the list or privately.

So far nothing has worked, apart from the removing of cookies and temp files 
which I havent done as I don't  have the steps to do this.

Please could someone send me these steps so that I can try this and maybe 
see if I can remove this Email, once and for all.

I did try the right mouse button, move to folder (have created a new folder 
for the purpose) and also working off-line but non of those steps worked.

Also, I do tend to get a real message centre (or sender) mesage which comes 
up nearly everytime I switch on my PC.  Normaly I can get rid of this but 
tongiht, I have had trouble trying to remove this message.

Don't know if it is in anyway connected with my spam email problem.

Have had this mesage now for a while.
