Andrew,
I don't think that this is strictly necessary as I think that it would apply
centring to the whole of the current paragraph but I've always done this
myself.
Are you trying to centre a single line or the text in a whole paragraph?

Hey you just said some thing here that I'm not to sure of doing, so you say
I need to select the text before I Centralize? If this is right then I've
