What about windows key plus e to bring up Windows Explorer. Would that help
you?

I am using Jaws 15 and Windows 8.
Is there a keystroke to bring up the drive list on my machine? There are
ways to get to such a list but they seem to be complicated ways.
How do I get to the drive list quickly without going through a lot of menus?
