If you are using the jaws scripts

JawsKey+H (the letter "h" twice in rapid succession"
will bring up help for the scripts in a virtual buffer. You can copy and paste the contents from the virtual vuffer using your regular windows commands for doing so. you might want to put this into a text document.

The keystroke

jawsKey+h+h

is not skype specific but is a jaws command that should work independent of the application being used if the scripter provided the relevant information.

the above only work for jaws.

In skype itself, there is a "hotkey" section in skype's options. Here you can enable and change hotkeys that work globally.

Otherwise explore skype's menus for hotkeys and accelerator keys.
