This is just to say that even though AVG Free version 7.5 sometimes has popups
appearing saying updates will not be available after the 31st May, I have
looked on the AVG forums and see that AVG say that updates to version 7.5 will
definitely be available until 31st December 2008. Here's the link:

That's really good news given all the bad reviews of AVG version 8.

Didn't jump at anything, was getting dialogue boxes basically saying that we
would have to upgrade anyway.

Isn't this the thing where it's recommended - until it's sorted - to craeate a
short cut to AVG, and one for Jaws.
Then turn off Jaws. Initiate AVG then re-start Jaws.
AVG7.5 still works, so why people must jump at the latest version of
everytthing, with the problems always experienced, beats me.

interface". Windows security reports prog working, antivirus on.
