Hi Graham, I'm chasing my contact who said he had passed it to the technical boffins. Any reason why you have gone back in time? (smile) See date of your message below. George. Is anyone having problems with the JAWS auto update facility? In JAWS 10 I can go to help and select Check for updates. After a minute or so a list appears but if I check one of the daisy books e.g. Intruduction to Ofice 2007 and press enter on Install I am told the book cannot be downloaded. I have found a link to the downloadable file in Training Head Quarters and it is downloading from there although the download is slow.
