[jaws-uk] jaws problem with outlook express

Hi all
I'm having a problem in one of my e-mail accounts when reading e-mails in
outlook express.
Basically when I go into my in-box and cursor down the messages it's not
reading the bottom one. When I open it it's fine and when I first go into the
in-box it is saying something that sounds like 'box-out blue' although it may
not be that and I can't get Jaws to read it.
Any ideas much appreciated.
