[jaws-uk] jaws not speaking

I am using windows Media Centre, Jaws 10.0.1139U, MS Office 2003, outlook
express 6.00.2600.0000
I, time to time, experience jaws not speaking in , Microsoft Word, as well as
in Outlook Express when typing emails. Does other people experience the same.
Please help.
