Dear Steve and list:

There used to be an option in JAWS to run it first at boot up.
This option does not seem to exist in JAWS 8 so I expect when you
tell JAWS to start at system boot it always starts first.

I've installed software that wanted me to restart my PC and JAWS
seemed to start before the prompts from the installation wizard
appeared.

Good luck.
