[jaws-uk] jaws alterations

hello
i run jaws through the system tray and i can get to the bit like for instance
basics to change one or two things but i can't remember how to get to other
things like verbosity, altering the bit that says someone is typing for skype
use, etcetera
can someone tell me how to get to the alterations i need
