Thanks Steve, that's great.
I'll give that a try.
Erica.

Erica,

In the default Day view, navigate single days with LeftArrow and
RightArrow. Use Control + G to jump to any day, and Alt + O to return to
today's date. With focus on a date, use Tab to move between the
appointments for that date.

To create a new appointment, press Control + N, Tab around the fields
and enter information as appropriate. When you get to the edit area
following the Show Time As combo, that's a notes area for any other
information and pressing Tab indents rather than moving to the next
field. Press Alt + S to save and close the appointment.

To open an appointment, Tab to it and press Enter. Focus appears in the
Notes edit area; use Shift + Tab to go through the dialogue or jump to
the subject edit with Alt + J, and then Tab through it.

To close a Calendar item without saving it, press Escape. To save it,
press Control + S. To save and close it at the same time, press Alt + S.

There's lots more to the Calendar, but those are the basics and they
might be all you ever need!

Steve

All,

Can anyone shed any light on how to effectively use outlook 2003's
calendar with JAWS 10?

It looks complex.

Thanks in advance.

Erica.
