Frank,

It is highly unlikely that there will be 2 Caps Lock keys. However, it is
quite likely that there will be an Insert key somewhere on your laptop as
well as the Caps Lock key. This can be handy for some keystrokes if it
frees up say your right hand to then also use your left hand.

In my experience, many laptops have the Insert key somewhere up near the top
right of the keyboard. If the laptop has an added numberpad on the right
side of the keyboard, it may be in the normal location at the bottom left of
the number pad.

If your keyboard is already set to "Laptop" in the Jaws options, can I ask
what makes you think it isn't currently working? If, for example, you press
Caps Lock + the letter "T", does Jaws say "Title is ......"? If it does,
then the Caps Lock is working as your Jaws key.

Let us know what the symptoms of the problem are as you see it.

Regards,

Jamie

Hi frank,

It's by default if keyboard is set to laptop.

Look under basics options and you'll see a choice of keyboards, says use
keyboard layout, desktop, laptop. Choose laptop.
