Paul, there are plenty of listers who know about changing Outlook settings, 'fraid I don't. A couple of long shots: are there any messages still in your inbox that are very large (including large attachments)? Have you tried going onto webmail to see if there are messages lurking there that Outlook hasn't downloaded?

Tonight, this went up to over 200 with the arival of new mesages. Having cleared spam and normal mesages I no longer needed, plus those mesages Isent to other folders, I am stil geting mail advising that my inbox is fullonly this time, I only have 72 messages in there which I don't honestly think is overloading my inbox. Please could someone explain how I can get round this problem. I believe I may have to change my outlook setting but am not sure how to go about this.Any help would b apreciated.
