Hi,
I think that you have your view settings set to 'show in groups'. Go to the
view menu and then arrange by and then uncheck show in groups.
I think that might be the problem.

Hi All,
I wonder if anyone can help?
Some months ago, I posted on this group that I was having difficulties in
receiving some replies to Emails.
I think I may have found out what was causing the problem. However, to put
things right, I need to resolve another problem.
I noticed that replies using the same subject, are being hidden behind other
Emails using the same subject. The only way I can read them is by deleting
the top Email, whilst it is open. If I delete the Email whilst within the
In Box folder list, I seem to delete all the subsequent Emails that lay
behind it.
Please, does anyone have a solution to this problem?
