Hello Robin. I got my repair man to come round yesterday and he sorted it for
me. There was a corrupt file so he found a good copy and changed it over.

Type isass.exe - bad image into Google and it will give you some answers.
Looks like a system restore or some work in safe mode is required, sighted

Hello folks, this message has appeared on my screen. Using JFW 10 with
Windows XP. Can anyone help please? The screen is black and there is a cursor
in the middle of the screen.
