Hello Robin. I got my repair man to come round yesterday and he sorted it for
me. There was a corrupt file so he found a good copy and changed it over.
Thanks for your help.

Ron

  Ron,

Type isass.exe - bad image into Google and it will give you some answers.

Looks like a system restore or some work in safe mode is required, sighted
help I guess? Good luck

  Cheers, Robin

Hello folks, this message has appeared on my screen. Using JFW 10 with
Windows XP. Can anyone help please? The screen is black and there is a cursor
in the middle of the screen.

  "ISASS.EXE-BAD IMAGE

THE APPLICATION OR DLL c:/WINDOWS/SYSTEM/LSASRV.DLL IS NOT A VALID WINDOWS
IMAGE. PLEASE CHECK THIS AGAINST YOUR INSTALLATION DISKETTE"

  Cheers

  Ron
