Type isass.exe - bad image into Google and it will give you some
answers.
Looks like a system restore or some work in safe mode is required,
sighted help I guess? Good luck

Hello folks, this message has appeared on my screen. Using JFW 10 with
Windows XP. Can anyone help please? The screen is black and there is a
cursor in the middle of the screen.
