hello
i reentered my product key as jaws says it was in demo mode , at first it
seemed to solve the problem,with the help box , but my pc refused to boot
again, after managing to get my laptop up and running , the box problem
reoccurred. thanks for your help frank

If neither Esc nor alt-F4 will close it without also shutting Jaws, then try
alt-tab which will at least let you carry on with what you were doing,
having put your previous window to the fore. At least this will let you
continue and you can worry about getting rid of it altogether later.

hello
after bringing up the help box, i can not close it without it asking me to
quit jaws. on the tape of instructions it says just press escape , not sure
what is going on.
