hi nickie
on windows seven , i assume that is what you are using. you should have 
brouser choice provided , click on brouser choice and follow the 
instructions, there is around ten internet brousers to choose from.

If you go to your start, programs under that when you scrol you will find 
only Internet explorer there and should not find Mozilla Firefox there in 
that case your only browser is Internet Explorer. If you uninstal that you 
will no longer be able to get anywhere on the internet. That is why I asked 
you to download firefox before you uninstal internet explorer.
